OPENING PROCEDURE

Studio Entry

• Unlock front door

• Ensure auto lock has been disabled

Environment Setup

• Turn on main studio lights

• Turn on bathroom lights

• Turn on heat (if cold) OR fans (if warm/needed for airflow)

• If turning main lights off ensure hallway lights and lobby lamp are turned on

Studio Prep

• Check lobby is tidy and presentable

• Sweep floors with dry mop if needed

• Ensure bathrooms are clean and stocked

CLOSING PROCEDURE

Studio Shutdown

• Turn off TV

• Turn off sound system

• Turn off LED lights

• Turn off main studio lights

• Turn off hallway lights

• Turn off lobby lamp

• Turn off bathroom lights

• Turn off fan lights

• Turn off fans

• Turn off heat

Clean & Reset

• Tidy teacher station

• Reset studio space (props, mats, equipment put away)

Technology & Charging

• Plug in iPads for charging

Exterior & Final Items

• Ensure all exterior doors are closed and secure

Final Security Check (Mandatory)

Before leaving, confirm:

• All lights are OFF

• All doors are CLOSED and LOCKED

• Studio is clean and reset

• All devices are charging

• Nothing is left running or open

• Ensure auto lock has been reengaged

Important Note

Some light switches control outlet power and may appear inactive.
Do not change their position unless necessary—leave as currently set.
